穿梭车导向轮的结构设计与分析

Structural Design and Analysis on Guide Wheel of Shuttle Vehicle

  • 摘要: 穿梭车是密集仓储系统的核心设备,它在立体货架导轨上行走时,除了需要穿梭车行走系统提供动力外,还需要导向轮辅助定向。文章通过对导向轮不同导向方案的技术特点及导向轮的受力情况的对比研究和分析讨论,提出了导向轮结构受力计算公式和选型方案。通过计算导向轮偏斜运行水平侧向载荷确定导向轮主要结构尺寸。最后介绍了一种穿梭车改进导向结构并进行了测试试验。测试验证表明,改进结构具有明显优势,可以有效提高导向轮的使用寿命并降低使用成本,为后续穿梭车结构设计改进优化提供设计参考。

     

    Abstract: As the core equipment of the intensive storage system, the shuttle vehicle needs the guide wheel to assist orientation in addition to the power provided by the shuttle vehicle traveling system when it travels on the three-dimensional shelf guide rail. In this paper, the technical characteristics of different guiding schemes of the guide wheel are studied in depth, the stress of the guide wheel is analyzed and discussed, and the force calculation and selection basis of guide wheel structure are proposed, the main structure size of guide wheel can be determined by calculating the horizontal lateral load of guide wheel deflection operation. Finally, an improved guide structure of shuttle vehicle is introduced. The test results show that the improved structure has obvious advantages, which can improve the service life of guide wheel and reduce the use cost, and provide a design reference for the improvement and optimization of shuttle vehicle structure design.
