基于TRIZ理论的水龙带卷收装置创新设计

Innovative Design of Hose Winding Device based on TRIZ Theory

  • 摘要: 针对当前采用人工方式、借助简单卷收装置排空、清洗、卷收水龙带时存在的工作量大、效率低的问题,以及国内市场水龙带卷收装置缺少挤出内部积存物的机构,且刮泥杆去除外部污染物效果不足等问题,运用TRIZ理论问题解决工具开发设计一种集清洗、排空、卷收功能为一体的水龙带卷收装置。文章重点对水龙带卷收装置的整体结构和驱动、传动、卷收、清洗等机构进行了创新设计,创新设计的水龙带卷收装置结构简单、运行可靠、工作效率高,在消防、输油、农业排灌以及工矿送水、排水等领域内具有较强的推广价值。

     

    Abstract: At present, the water hose is usually emptied, cleaned and rewound manually by means of a simple winding device in China, which has a large workload and low efficiency. In this paper, the TRIZ theoretical problem identification tool is used to analyze the water hose winding device existing in the domestic market, and it is found that the winding device lacks the mechanism of extruding the internal deposits, and the mud scraper has insufficient effect of removing external pollutants. Then the TRIZ theoretical problem solving tool is used to develop and design a water hose winding device integrating the functions of cleaning, emptying and winding. The paper focuses on the innovative design of the overall structure and driving, transmission, winding, cleaning and other mechanisms of the water hose winding device. The innovative design of the water hose winding device has simple structure, reliable operation and high efficiency, and has strong promotion value in the fields of fire protection, oil transmission, agricultural drainage and irrigation, and industrial and mine water delivery and drainage.
