船用柴驱水冷螺杆压缩机冷却系统设计与分析

Design and Analysis of Cooling System for Marine Diesel Driven Water-Cooled Screw Compressor

  • 摘要: 海底礁石清除作业中,大多会采用柴油机驱动的螺杆压缩机为潜孔钻机提供压缩空气。而螺杆压缩机在运转过程中会产生大量的热量,须通过热交换器进行热量交换,以保证压缩机安全可靠运行。文章根据钻爆船船舱内部的舱位布置和螺杆压缩机自身的特点,提出了一种全新的柴油机驱动水冷冷却螺杆压缩机的冷却系统的设计方法,根据对流换热及热平衡的原理,分析了螺杆压缩机冷却系统中油冷却、中冷冷却器、水箱散热器的设计计算思路及冷却水泵的方案选型及结构设计,并进行了实际测试应用。应用后发现,压缩机进入船舱中运转性能良好,所提设计方法可以为行业内船用柴油机驱动的水冷螺杆压缩机的冷却系统设计提供较好的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: At present, the main choice for providing compressed air for the down-hole drilling rig is to use a diesel engine driven screw compressor; the screw compressor will generate a large amount of heat during operation, and heat exchange must be carried out through a heat transfer to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the compressor. In this article, a new design method for the cooling system of the diesel engine driven water-cooled screw compressor is proposed according to the internal cabin layout of the drilling and explosion ship and the characteristics of the screw compressor itself. Based on the principles of convective heat transfer and heat balance, the design and calculation ideas of oil cooling, air cooler, water tank radiator in the screw compressor cooling system are analyzed, as well as the scheme selection and the structural layout design of the cooling water pump. The compressor operates well in the cabin; and it provides good guidance for the cooling system design of marine diesel water-cooled screw compressors in the industry.
