Abstract:
In the industrial and civil fields, when the non-woven fabric is used for paving materials, it is necessary to cut the wide-width coil material into square pieces of various specifications. In view of the disadvantages of one specification and one cutter die of fixed size and the problem that the cutter die is too expensive when cutting the paving materials with the machine die cutting method, a CNC slitter machine is designed in this paper. The cutter die is replaced by electric scissors with low cost and easy to maintain, and the cutting material size is dynamically adjusted based on the CNC system, so as to realize the non-woven fabric slitter efficiently and economically; meanwhile, a collection device is designed instead of manual work to achieve neat size. The overall structure of the equipment includes the coil unwinding mechanism, the feeding and cutting mechanism, and the sheet collecting mechanism. The three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks is used to model the overall structure of the scutter, and the transmission structure is designed and calculated; finally, motion simulation is conducted by using the SolidWorks. The results show that the slitter machine realizes the functions of unwinding, slitter, and collection, etc., it is of great significance to improve the work efficiency and reduce the labor costs.
