FQ200型数控无纺布分切机总体设计

Overall Design for FQ200 Numerically Controlled Non-Woven Scuttling Machine

  • 摘要: 无纺布在工业及民用领域中用于铺地材料时,需要将宽幅卷材分切成多种规格的方块片材。针对目前机器模切法模切铺地材料时,定尺寸刀模一规格一刀模的弊端以及刀模过于昂贵的问题,设计一种数控分切机。该分切机采用成本较低、易于维护的电剪刀代替刀模,并结合数控系统动态调整分切材料尺寸,从而实现高效经济的无纺布分切。此外,还设计了收集装置,以代替人工进行整齐码放。该设备总体结构包括卷材退卷机构、送料分切机构、片材收集机构。利用SolidWorks对分切机总体结构进行三维建模,并对传动结构进行设计计算;最后利用SolidWorks进行运动仿真,结果表明:分切机实现了退卷、分切、收集等功能。所设计分切机对于提高工作效率,减少人工成本具有重要的意义。

     

    Abstract: In the industrial and civil fields, when the non-woven fabric is used for paving materials, it is necessary to cut the wide-width coil material into square pieces of various specifications. In view of the disadvantages of one specification and one cutter die of fixed size and the problem that the cutter die is too expensive when cutting the paving materials with the machine die cutting method, a CNC slitter machine is designed in this paper. The cutter die is replaced by electric scissors with low cost and easy to maintain, and the cutting material size is dynamically adjusted based on the CNC system, so as to realize the non-woven fabric slitter efficiently and economically; meanwhile, a collection device is designed instead of manual work to achieve neat size. The overall structure of the equipment includes the coil unwinding mechanism, the feeding and cutting mechanism, and the sheet collecting mechanism. The three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks is used to model the overall structure of the scutter, and the transmission structure is designed and calculated; finally, motion simulation is conducted by using the SolidWorks. The results show that the slitter machine realizes the functions of unwinding, slitter, and collection, etc., it is of great significance to improve the work efficiency and reduce the labor costs.
