Research on the Application of Virtual Design Technology in Product Development

  • 摘要: 虚拟设计是一种利用计算机技术对产品进行三维建模和虚拟装配的先进手段。它是目前设计领域先进的设计技术之一,具有提高产品设计质量、缩短开发周期、降低开发成本等诸多优势。该文以SolidWorks软件为平台,以换向阀优化设计为例,详细论述了复杂零件三维建模的方法和技巧以及虚拟装配中的常见问题和解决办法,对产品设计开发人员具有较高的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: Virtual design, is three-dimensional modeling and virtual assembly of products by using computer technology, is one of the advanced design technologies in the design field. It has many advantages such as improving the product design quality, shortening development cycle, and reducing development cost. In this paper, taking the SolidWorks software as the platform and the directional valve as an example, the methods and skills for three-dimensional modeling of the complex parts are discussed in detail, as well as the common problems and solutions in virtual assembly. It has high reference value for the product design developers.
