基于多点切触的数控机床加工刀位轨迹生成方法

A Method for Generating Tool Path in CNC Machine Tool Processing based on Multipoint Contact

  • 摘要: 针对传统轨迹生成方法存在效果差的问题,提出基于多点切触的数控机床加工刀位轨迹生成方法。以多点切触的刀位轨迹生成基本原理为基础,确定多点切触加工的几何变换情况,引入B样条插值法实现对数控机床加工刀位轨迹生成。实验结果表明,改进方法可有效降低误差情况,增加刀位点数量,轨迹生成效果较好,具有一定的优势。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problem of poor performance in traditional trajectory generation methods, a multipoint contact-based tool path generation method for CNC machine tool machining is proposed in this paper. Based on the basic principle of generating tool path for multi-point contact machining, the geometric transformation of multi-point contact machining is determined, and the B-spline interpolation method is introduced to generate tool path for the CNC machine tool machining. The experimental results show that using the improved method can effectively reduce the error situation, with a large number of cutting points and good results, which has certain advantages.
