某煤矿防越级跳闸系统设计应用

Research and Application of Anti-Leapfrog Tripping System in a Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 针对某煤矿井下防越级跳闸系统存在保护系统不完善,越级跳闸导致井下大范围停电问题,该文结合实际现状提出了煤矿井下防越级跳闸系统设计方案。重点阐述了以控制器技术、光纤差动保护技术、布尔逻辑判断技术为核心的防越级跳闸系统硬件、软件设计方案的实施过程。以STM32F417 ARM控制器为核心,对越级跳闸系统数据进行计算和分析并以光纤通讯进行传输;以EPEC 3724控制器作为布尔逻辑判断的核心,将逻辑判断结果以CAN总线通信方式传送至ARM控制器;最后完成试验分析。结果表明:设计并实现的防越级跳闸系统满足某煤矿北区变电所、北七变电所应用要求,保护系统得到完善,未出现越级跳闸现象。

     

    Abstract: In view of the imperfect protection system of a coal mine underground anti-grade tripping system, which leads to large-scale power failure in the underground, the design scheme of anti-grade tripping system in the coal mine is put forward in this paper through combining with the actual situation. The implementation process of hardware and software design for the anti-tripping system which takes the controller technology, fiber optic differential protection technology and the Boolean logic judgment technology as the core is illustrated. With the STM32F417 ARM controller as the core, the data of step tripping system is calculated and analyzed and transmitted by optical fiber communication; while with the EPEC 3724 controller as the core of Boolean logic judgment, the results of logic judgment are transmitted to ARM controller through CAN bus communication. Finally the test analysis is completed. The results show that the designed and implemented anti-tripping system meets the application requirements of the North District substation and the North seventh substation of a coal mine; the protection system is improved, with no leapfrog tripping phenomenon.
