Causes and Treatment of Emergency Shutdown Failure of Thermal Signal Triggered Protection

  • 摘要: 结合华电集团某电厂发生的热工信号触发保护装置而紧急事故停机事件,通过故障分析检查发现,事故原因为2号机保护PLC“机械液压过速150%Ne”动作触发保护装置紧急事故停机,文章针对该问题从管理因素、技术因素、设备因素三个方面深入剖析,并执行防范措施,以保障设备的安全可靠运行。

     

    Abstract: Combined with the emergency shutdown of protection caused by thermal signal in a power plant of Huadian Group, through fault analysis and inspection, it is found that the accident was caused by the action of “mechanical and hydraulic overspeed of 150%Ne” of No.2 unit protection PLC. The problem is deeply analyzed from three aspects of management factors, technical factors and equipment factors, and then the preventive measures are implemented to ensure the safe and reliable operation of equipment.
