一种V型大薄板零件铣削加工工艺研究

Research on Milling Processing of V-Shaped Large Thin Plate Parts

  • 摘要: 不可分段式焊接的V型大薄板零件在铣削加工过程中极易产生振动和应力变形从而导致零件报废。该文在介绍加工变形因素的基础上,通过制定合理的加工工艺流程、制作相应的专用工装、优化刀具路径和数控程序参数等方案,有效解决了一种V型大薄板零件加工变形控制难题,为满足产品设计要求提供了可行的加工工艺方案。

     

    Abstract: For the non-segmented welding V-shaped large thin plate parts, vibration and stress deformation are easily occur in the milling processing process, resulting in the parts scrap. In this paper, on the basis of introduction of the processing deformation factors, a V-shaped large thin plate parts processing deformation control problem is effectively solved through formulating reasonable processing process, making the corresponding special tooling, optimizing tool path and CNC program parameters, and other schemes. It would provide a feasible processing technology scheme for meeting the product design requirements.
