振动沉管碎石桩机系统中桩管疲劳强度分析

Analysis on Fatigue Strength of Pile Pipe in the Vibration Pipe Gravel Pile Machine System

  • 摘要: 针对振动沉管碎石桩机系统中桩管在施工时易产生疲劳裂纹的问题展开分析研究。文章以振动力学为基础,利用动力学公式计算了桩管的固有频率与疲劳强度,分析了提高桩管疲劳强度的措施。所提措施为振动沉管碎石桩机中振动锤与桩管的设计与选型提供参考,可避免产生共振危害。

     

    Abstract: Fatigue cracks may occur in the pile pipe of the vibration pipe gravel pile machine during construction, which has a significant impact on the construction. Based on the vibration dynamics, the natural frequency and fatigue strength of pile pipes are calculated in this article, and measures to improve the fatigue strength of pile pipes are analyzed. It provides reference for the design and selection of vibration hammers and pile pipes in vibration sinking gravel pile machines so as to avoid the resonance hazards.
