低压转运平车电气控制系统优化设计改进

Research and Application of Fixed Point Control Technology for Low Voltage Charging Transfer Flat Cars

  • 摘要: 基于电动转运平车的工作原理和工作环境的影响,结合某公司在线使用的电动转运平车电气系统存在的主要实际问题,通过对转运平车原有电气控制系统的重新设计,研发了50 t转运平车低压48 V蓄电池供电控制系统。经过现场的实际使用和验证发现,低压转运平车实现了无级调速、远程无线操控、自动定点停车,解决了在线使用的转运平车的设计缺陷,提高了转运平车的的使用寿命,降低了制造和维护成本。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, based on the working principle and working environment of the electric transfer flat car, combined with the main practical problems of the electric transfer flat car electric system used online by a company, through redesign of the original electrical control system of the transfer flat car, the low-voltage 48V battery power supply control system of the 50t transfer flat car is developed in this article. Through the actual use and verification of the site, the low voltage transfer flat car realizes stepless speed regulation, remote wireless control and automatic fixed stop. The design defect of the on-line transfer flat car is solved, the service life of the transfer flat car is increased, and the manufacturing and maintenance costs are reduced.
