某型装载机车门扭转刚度分析及优化

Analysis and Optimization of the Door Torsion Stiffness of a Certain Type of Loader

  • 摘要: 针对某型装载机车门设计中扭转工况刚度无法满足设计目标的问题,提出采用有限元线性力学分析与灵敏度分析相结合的办法快速筛选出对车门整体扭转刚度影响较大的部件,该方法可缩短研发时间,提高生产效率。灵敏度分析筛选出该型车门内板中部门框及门锁处加强板区域存在优化空间。根据工程经验结合力学知识进行问题区域设计优化。优化后,对锁上方至门翻边处施加载荷工况,刚度提升94%。对锁下方门边框处施加载荷工况,刚度提升148%。

     

    Abstract: Through the finite element analysis, it is found that the torsional stiffness of a certain type of loader door can not meet the design objectives. Through using the finite element linear mechanics analysis combined with the sensitivity analysis, the components that have great influence on the overall torsional stiffness of the door can be quickly screened out. This method can shorten the research and development time and improve the production efficiency. The sensitivity analysis shows that there is optimization space in the middle of the door frame and the strengthening plate area of the door lock. According to the engineering experience and mechanics knowledge, the design optimization of problem area is carried out. After optimization, when the load is applied from the top of the lock to the flange of the door, the stiffness increases by 94%; while when the load is applied to the door frame below the lock, the stiffness increases by 148%.
