轨道交通无油活塞式主供风单元适应性设计及试验

Adaptive Design and Research on Oil-Free Piston Type Main Air Supply Unit for Rail Transit

  • 摘要: 基于轨道交通主供风单元低振动、低噪音等技术要求,结合间隙启停模式下低运转率、高可靠性等特殊使用工况要求,介绍了适用于中国标准地铁列车的无油活塞式主供风单元设计开发情况,有针对性地说明了开发过程涉及的关键技术,并进行了相关试验验证,验证结果良好。

     

    Abstract: Based on the technical requirements for Chinese standard metro trains and the operating conditions in rail transportations, this paper introduces the design and development of oil-free piston type main air supply units applicable to the series Chinese standard metro trains, explains the key technologies involved in the development process in a targeted manner, and conducts relevant tests with good results.
