手动攻丝垂直度方案探讨

Study on Verticality Scheme of Manual Tapping

  • 摘要: 攻丝在机械加工中属于常见加工特征,根据加工工况条件可采取机攻或手动两种方式。手动攻丝时,如何保持攻丝的垂直度至关重要,毛坯孔、弧面孔、干涉孔等加工时,丝锥无法保持攻丝的垂直度,且无法使用角度尺进行测量。针对手动攻丝垂直度无法保持及测量困难的问题,该文给出了三种手动攻丝保持垂直度的设计方案,通过对比三种方案的加工性能及操作流程发现,手工攻丝必须仔细检查和校正丝锥的位置,以保证丝锥与工件的螺纹基面垂直。通过实际加工验证了三种方案的可实施性,为手动攻丝保持垂直度的加工提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Tapping is a common processing feature in machining, and it can be used in two ways of machine tapping or manual tapping according to the processing working conditions. The manual tapping is very important to maintain the verticality of the tap for the tap can not maintain the verticality of tapping and can not be measured by angle ruler when machining the blank hole, arc face, interference hole, etc. Aiming at the problem of maintaining and measuring the verticality of manual tapping, three design schemes of maintaining verticality by manual tapping are provided in this paper, and the processing performance and operation flow of the three schemes are compared. The position of the tap must be carefully checked and corrected by manual tapping to ensure that the tap is perpendicular to the thread base of the workpiece. Then it verifies that the three schemes can be implemented in actual processing. It provides reference for the processing of manual tapping to maintain the verticality.
