磨削油过滤单元堵塞问题分析与处理

Analysis and Treatment of Clogging Problem in Grinding oil Filter Unit

  • 摘要: 针对行业内普遍使用的磨削油集中过滤系统使用过程中出现的过滤单元流量衰减严重、堵塞、过滤罐堵死问题进行原因分析,得出过滤罐反吹排渣是产生问题的主要原因,并通过改变过滤与排渣方式彻底解决以上问题,为油基、水基的磨削液过滤系统优化设计提供借鉴和参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem of filtration in grinding oil centralized filtration system that commonly used in the industry, this paper focuses on the problems of severe flow attenuation, blockage, and filter tank blockage. Through analysis, the main reasons are filter tank reverse and blowing slag discharge, and finally solve the above problems by changing filtering and slag discharge methods. It is hoped that this paper can provide reference for the optimization design of oil-based and water-based grinding fluid filtration systems.
