Research on the Salt Control Method of Large Offshore Wind Power Products

  • 摘要: 海上风电铸铁等机壳产品是海上风电机组的关键部件,其防腐保养对保障风电产品正常运行至关重要。该文重点针对海上风机设备喷涂盐分控制方法进行研究,通过盐分的关键影响因素的分析,得出在清洗、抛砂后进行盐分控制的关系要点,并制定一系列的控制改进措施,从而有效地降低了铸件表面的盐分含量。最后通过实践验证,形成了系统性的操作方法,为相关行业提供了一定的借鉴依据。

     

    Abstract: Shell products such as cast iron for offshore wind power are the key components of offshore wind turbines. This article focuses on the study of salt control methods for spraying of offshore wind turbine equipment. By analyzing the key influencing factors of salt, the key points of salt control after cleaning and sand blasting are obtained, and a series of control and improvement measures are formulated to effectively reduce the salt content on the surface of castings. Through the practice verification, a systematic operation method has been formed, which provides a certain reference basis for the related industries.
