Frequency Conversion Upgrade and Technical Application of the B2152A Four-Meter Gantry Planer

  • 摘要: 基于B2152A型4 m龙门刨床工作原理,结合目前设备在运行中存在的控制系统、控制方式陈旧,故障率高等问题,采用变频控制的方式控制设备运行。同时,对原有陈旧和复杂繁琐的电气控制、电气元件等进行优化升级改造。通过现场实际使用和长时间的设备运转验证表明,此次升级改造延长了设备的使用寿命,降低了故障率并且达到了节能降耗的目的。

     

    Abstract: Based on the working principle of type B2152A 4-meter gantry planer, and aiming at the problems that the control mode of the control system existing in the equipment operation process is obsolete and the failure rate is high, the frequency conversion control method is adopted to control the operation of the equipment. At the same time, the original old and complicated electrical control, electrical components such as a large number of contacts frequent suction leading to serious ignition and ignition arc, complex circuit and high failure rate, etc. are optimized and upgraded. Through the field actual use and long-term equipment operation verification, the results show that the upgrade has extended service life of the equipment, reduced the failure rate and achieved the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
