Application of Multiocular Visual System in Automatic Feed Equipment

  • 摘要: 通过对多目视觉系统的研究与验证,探讨了电芯自动上料设备中多目视觉系统的配置要求、部署方案、现实意义,解决了工业机器人在抓取过程中存在的定位不准确的问题,极大适应了电池电芯出厂包装中电芯分布零散、分布层次较多的实际状况,解决了现有行业生产过程中存在的设备抓取效率低、定位准确度差、实际生产过程稳定性差等问题,大大提高了生产效率。

     

    Abstract: Through the study and verification of visual system, the configuration requirements, deployment scheme and practical significance of the visual system in cell automatic feeding equipment are discussed. The inaccurate positioning problem existing in the grasping process of industrial robots is solved; and it greatly adapts to the actual situation that the battery cells are scattered and with many distribution levels in the factory packaging of the battery cell. It solves the problems such as low efficiency of equipment grasping, poor positioning accuracy and poor stability of the actual production process in the production process of the existing industry; thus the production efficiency is greatly improved.
