Design and Development of Automatic Testing System for Power Transformers

  • 摘要: 该文以油浸式电力变压器为对象展开研究,针对传统变压器监测诊断系统存在的检测参数单一、实时性差、故障诊断准确率较低等问题,提出了一种变压器自动化在线检测系统设计方案。系统在变压器油色谱监测功能基础上增加局部放电及温度检测模块,实现对变压器全方位状态监测与故障诊断;同时对气体参数离线测定方案进行优化,通过对通信网络的架构实现多参数在线实时传输,验证了此设计可有效提高变压器检测系统智能化水平。

     

    Abstract: In this article, taking the oil-immersed power transformers as the research object, the design scheme for transformer automation online detection system is proposed to address the problems of traditional transformer monitoring and diagnosis systems such as single detection parameters, poor real-time performance, and low fault diagnosis accuracy, etc. On the basis of the transformer oil chromatogram monitoring function, the system adds partial discharge and temperature detection modules to achieve comprehensive status monitoring and fault diagnosis of transformers. At the same time, the offline gas parameter measurement scheme is optimized, and the communication network architecture is used to achieve real-time transmission of multiple parameters online, effectively improving the intelligence level of the transformer detection system.
