矿用带式输送机恒功率调速控制策略研究

Research on Constant Power Speed Control Strategy for Mining Belt Conveyor

  • 摘要: 矿用带式输送机在运输过程中会因煤流量不稳定而使输送带上出现轻载甚至空载状态,由此会造成电量大量浪费,针对上述问题,提出带式输送机恒功率调速控制策略。通过可智能调节速度的模糊控制器的设计,以及调速策略的仿真模拟分析表明:恒功率调速策略能够提高驱动电机的功率因数,实现带式输送机的智能调速,避免电能的浪费,同时还可以提高控制系统的稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problem of light load and large waste of electricity during the transportation process of mining belt conveyors, an intelligent speed control strategy based on load changes on the belt conveyor is proposed. A fuzzy control model for the belt conveyor speed and coal flow rate is established, and the improved speed control strategy is simulated and analyzed. It is proven that the constant power speed control strategy can improve the power factor of the driving motor, avoid energy waste, and improve the stability of the control system.
