长距离运输带式输送机张紧力控制装置设计应用

Research on Tension Control Device for Long-Distance Conveyor Belt

  • 摘要: 带式输送机是煤矿井下主要运输设备之一,其自动化程度决定着煤炭运输效率的高低。煤矿井下长距离带式输送机运行工况复杂、负载大,导致输送带弹塑形变形大,因此需采用张紧装置给输送带一定张紧力,以确保其正常使用。根据带式输送机工作特点,综合变频控制、扭矩控制方式,构建一种张紧力控制装置。该装置采用张力传感器对输送带实际张紧力进行实时监测,且PLC及变频器可对张紧力进行分析并控制电机运行,实现张紧力调节。构建的张紧力控制装置结构简单、便于维护,现场应用后可满足带式输送机张紧控制需要,能够提升设备运行的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: As one of the main transportation equipment in coal mines, the automation level of belt conveyors determines the efficiency of coal transportation. Due to the complex operating conditions and heavy load of long-distance belt conveyors in coal mines, the conveyor belt undergoes significant elastic deformation. Therefore, a tensioning device needs to be used to give the conveyor belt a certain amount of tension to ensure normal use. Based on the working characteristics of the belt conveyor, a tension control device is constructed by combining frequency conversion control and torque control. This device uses a tension sensor to monitor the actual tension of the conveyor belt in real-time, and PLC and frequency converter analyze the tension and control the motor operation to achieve tension adjustment. The constructed tension control device has a simple structure and is easy to maintain. After on-site application, it can meet the tension control needs of belt conveyors and improve the reliability of equipment operation.
