Review and Prospect of Motor Loss Research

  • 摘要: 电机在运行过程中产生大量的热量会导致电机温升过高,从而影响电机正常运行。导致温升的重要原因是来自于电机内部的损耗问题,电机中的损耗主要包括铜损、铁损、机械损耗和杂散损耗四种类型。首先,根据四种损耗类型,从损耗产生原因、损耗计算、损耗影响、降耗方法等方面进行分析,并对四种损耗的计算方法进行研究,其中重点介绍电机铁耗计算分析方法。其次,基于损耗影响因素对电机结构进行优化设计,以通过实例验证降耗方法的可行性。对电机损耗的准确分析,有利于分析电机温升问题,这对设计低损耗、高效率电机有着重要的意义。

     

    Abstract: During the operation process of the motor, a large amount of heat is generated, leading to excessive temperature rise. The internal loss problem is an important factor affecting the temperature rise of the motor. The losses in the motor mainly include four types: copper loss, iron loss, mechanical loss, and stray loss. Firstly, based on the four types of losses, analysis is conducted from the aspects of loss causes, loss calculation, loss impact, and consumption reduction methods. The calculation methods for the four types of losses are studied, with focus on introducing the calculation and analysis methods for motor iron loss. Secondly, based on the factors affecting losses, the feasibility of the consumption reduction method is determined by optimizing design of the motor structure. The accurate analysis of motor losses is of great significance for analyzing motor temperature rise issues and designing low loss and high-efficiency motors.
