Abstract:
Taking the cleaning device truss for intercooling towers as the research object, a truss model is established by using the DesignModeler. Static analysis is conducted on the truss beam structure under startup, static load, and lifting conditions. The strength and stiffness of the truss are checked, and the size and structure of the cross-section profiles of the truss beam are optimized by using displacement, comprehensive stress, and truss quality as the constraints. Through the corresponding surface analysis and goal driven optimization analysis, the design optimization points can be found, so that the optimized truss can not only meet the requirements of strength, but also reduce materials, achieving the goal of reducing costs.
