Abstract:
The main research focuses on the water atomization preparation process of an iron-based amorphous alloy powder and the related properties of the bulk amorphous obtained after plasma sintering. The surface morphology, hollow powder, amorphous fraction, particle size distribution and other related data of iron based alloy powder are studied by using the metallographic microscopy, XRD diffractometer and other related equipment. Most iron-based amorphous powders are irregular in shape, with the majority being elongated. Bulk amorphous materials are prepared using spark plasma sintering technology, and the related data such as Vickers hardness, surface morphology, and amorphous fraction are studied. Through research on the preparation process of amorphous powder and bulk amorphous, it can be found that the amorphous alloy has characteristics such as high hardness, low corrosion rate, and excellent wear resistance compared to traditional nickel based alloys. The results of this article provide practical reference for the related application research of amorphous powder materials and amorphous bulk materials.
