Failure Analysis and Improvement Measures of 200 kN Hydraulic Manipulator Planetary Reducer

  • 摘要: 针对200 kN有轨操作机在使用过程中出现的因行星减速机输出轴的行星架固定花键轴轮齿断裂而导致的传动失效问题,进行了现场故障勘察、结构分析、载荷计算、工作原理及损坏原因分析,提出了相应的维修、改进、快换方案,并对损坏原因及改进方案进行了实践验证,结果说明这些措施对提升该减速机的可靠性和使用寿命具有显著效果。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the transmission failure problem caused by fracture of the fixed spline shaft tooth of the output shaft of the walking planetary reducer of 200 kN rail manipulator during use, the on-site investigation, structural analysis, load calculation, working principle and damage causes analysis of the fault are carried out in this paper; and the corresponding maintenance, improvement, quick replacement plan and damage causes are verified in practice. The results show that these measures have remarkable effect on the reliability and service life of the reducer.
