Abstract:
For rough machining of the same material, different blade brands and models are used, resulting in a wide variety of blade models, which is very difficult to manage. In order to match the selection of blades with the material of the workpiece, reduce blade loss, and thus reduce the procurement cost of blades, the cutting performance of circular turning blades is researched, and the experimental data is analyzed. Finally, the conclusion of improving the precision of blade selection is drawn, and the method of improving the process standardization level is then verified.
