Abstract:
In this paper, the tube bursting problem on the heating surface of the partition screen superheater after a long-term shutdown and restart of the SG-1025/18.6-M725 boiler model in a certain power plant is analyzed and tested. By means of macroscopic inspection, size measurement, chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, tensile testing, metallographic analysis, and micro fracture morphology analysis on the hot surface tube samples at the tube explosion position, causes of the tube explosion on the heating surface of the partition screen superheater are obtained after comprehensive test and analysis; and then reasonable suggestions are given to provide a reference for preventing the similar accidents in fossil fuel power station.
