基于CFD双口高压储氢瓶快充储氢性能研究

Research on the Fast-Charging Hydrogen Storage Performance of CFD Double-Port High-Pressure Hydrogen Storage Bottle

  • 摘要: 高压储氢瓶快充过程中往往伴随着温度的上升,标准要求最大温升应小于85 ℃,若局部温升过大会降低储氢瓶的材料性能,使瓶身受到较大的机械热应力;若氢瓶长期处于高温高压的环境下,瓶身可能会出现开裂,并随着裂纹扩展直至爆裂而失效。文中以重卡用储氢瓶为研究对象,将储氢瓶设计成双口与单口加氢,通过数值模拟研究氢气快充后最大温升与温度场的均匀性,并以此来评价两种加氢方式的优劣。研究发现:双口加氢瓶内温度场分布均匀,最大温度332.2 K;单口温度场呈现梯级分布,氢瓶底部温度较高,最大温度为426.6 K。由此可见,双口储氢瓶设计能够降低快充温升,且氢瓶所受热应力均匀,使用更安全。

     

    Abstract: The high pressure hydrogen storage bottle is often accompanied by the rise of temperature in the process of fast charging, and the standard requires that the maximum temperature rise is less than 85 °C. The excessive local temperature rise will reduce the material performance of the hydrogen storage bottle, and the bottle body will be subjected to greater mechanical thermal stress; if the hydrogen bottle is in a high temperature and high pressure environment for a long time, it may cause the bottle body to crack, expand, until it bursts and fails. In this paper, the hydrogen storage cylinders for heavy trucks are designed as double-port and single-port hydrogenation; then, the maximum temperature rise and the uniformity of temperature field after fast charging are studied through the numerical simulation so as to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the two hydrogenation methods. It is found that the temperature field in the double-mouth hydrogenation bottle is uniformly distributed, and the maximum temperature is 332.2 K; while the temperature field of the single port shows a cascade distribution, the bottom temperature of the hydrogen cylinder is high, and the maximum temperature is 426.6 K. It can be seen that the design of the double-port hydrogen storage bottle can reduce the temperature rise of fast charging, and the thermal stress of the hydrogen cylinder is uniform, which is safer to use.
