Abstract:
At present, the most commonly used driving mode for elevator is the traction drive mode. Compared with other driving technologies such as forced drive and hydraulic drive, traction drive has the advantages of high safety, fast operation speed and high lifting height. In this paper, the vibration monitoring problem of traction driven passenger elevator is discussed, and the principle and monitoring method of longitudinal vibration and transverse vibration is studied. Through analysis of the principle and application characteristics of elevator vibration and vibration monitoring, it can not only provide the theoretical basis and effective methods for elevator fault identification and fault prediction, but also guide the design, production and installation of the elevator, so as to improve the safety of the traction-driven passenger elevator.
