Simulation and Analysis on Power Loss of Helical Gears based on Amesim

  • 摘要: 该文以纯电动汽车减速器斜齿轮传动为研究对象,基于Amesim仿真软件对斜齿轮传动在转动过程中可能存在的能量损失进行仿真分析。首先建立了一对斜齿轮仿真模型以及基于不同齿轮参数的能量损失仿真的数学模型,给出了计算能量损失所需要的一些计算方法;然后采用新斯凯孚(SKF)方程来计算斜齿轮两侧轴承所产生的摩擦力矩并采用PID速度控制方法提供所需的转速;最后进行仿真分析验证。仿真结果表明,该模型能够非常好地模拟出斜齿轮转动过程中存在的各种能量损失以及总损失,能够结合不同斜齿轮参数设置找到总损失最低的一组数据,从而为齿轮参数优化以及齿轮设计提供依据和参数。

     

    Abstract: Taking the helical gear transmission of pure electric vehicle reducer as the research object, the possible energy loss of helical gear transmission during rotation is simulated and analyzed based on Amesim simulation software. A pair of helical gear simulation models and a mathematical model of energy loss simulation based on different gear parameters are established, and some calculation methods are given to calculate the energy loss. A new SKF equation is used to calculate the friction torque of both sides of the helical gear bearings. The PID speed control method is used to provide the required speed. The simulation results show that the model can simulate all kinds of energy loss and total loss in the process of helical gear rotation very well. Through setting different helical gear parameters, a set of data with the lowest total loss is found, which provides a basis for optimizing gear parameters and gear design.
