Analysis of Cone Error Variation based on Small Displacement Spinor Method

  • 摘要: 该文基于小位移旋量法建立锥面误差变动模型并分析锥面素线误差变动情况;采用蒙特卡洛模拟法,求解锥面素线误差模型中各旋量参数的实际变动区间,并与理想变动区间对比;以响应面法为基础,拟合各误差分量实际变动区间与锥度、尺寸公差的函数关系,采用复相关系数检验该模型的建模精度。此基于小位移旋量法建立的锥面误差模型可为装配体的误差传递过程分析与公差优化提供理论基础。

     

    Abstract: In this article, a cone error variation model is established based on the small displacement torsor method, and the variation of cone contour error is analyzed. The Monte Carlo simulation method is used to solve the actual variation range of various spinor parameters in the conic contour error model and compare it with the ideal variation range. Based on the response surface method, the functional relationship between the actual variation range of each error component and the taper and dimensional tolerance is fit, and then the modeling accuracy of the model is tested by using complex correlation coefficients. The conical error model established based on the small displacement screw method provides a theoretical basis for analyzing the error transmission process and tolerance optimization of assembly bodies.
