基于路谱采集的牵引车氢气瓶固定支架动态分析研究

Dynamic Analysis and Research on the Fixed Bracket of Hydrogen Gas Cylinder in Tractor based on Road Spectrum Collection

  • 摘要: 以某一牵引车氢气瓶固定支架为例,介绍了其耐久失效现象,通过整车道路载荷谱采集和动态特性分析,确定了薄弱部位和改进方向,并对改进后的支架进行验证试验,结果发现未出现疲劳失效。所研究内容为后续产品验证和改进设计提供了重要的参考。

     

    Abstract: Taking the fixed bracket for hydrogen cylinder of a tractor as an example, the phenomenon of road durability failure was introduced. Through the collection of road load spectrum and dynamic characteristics analysis of the entire vehicle, the weak parts and improvement direction were determined. After verification tests on the improved bracket, no fatigue failure occurred again. This provides important references for subsequent product validation and improved design.
