一种内孔轴向圆弧槽加工工艺探讨

  • 摘要: 针对一种内孔表面具有轴向圆弧槽的零件,设计了两种加工工艺,并对两种工艺的可加工性、加工轴向圆弧槽的难易程度以及相对优劣性进行了分析。分析结果表明,工艺路线2为最优加工方法。为保证产品的加工质量,采用工艺路线2加工时,应合理选择刀具和加工参数,粗加工时,主轴转速、进给速度和进给量分别设为1 000 r/min、50 m/min、0.5 mm/r;精加工时,主轴转速、进给速度和进给量分别设为1 200 r/min、25 m/min、0.1 mm/r。使用铣床钻孔时,钻削量设为0.07 mm/r,主轴转速800 r/min。通过对比分析两种不同的加工工艺可确定最优加工方法,为加工类似零件提供参考、借鉴。

     

    Abstract: In this article, two machining processes are designed for the parts with axial arc groove on the inner hole surface; then the machinability of the two processes, the difficulty of machining axial arc groove and their relative advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The analysis results show that process route 2 is the optimal processing method. In order to ensure the machining quality of the product, when the part is machining in accordance with process route 2, the tools and the processing parameters should be reasonably selected, and the spindle speed, feeding speed and feed are set to 1 000 r/min, 50 m/min and 0.5 mm/r respectively during rough machining; and the spindle speed, feeding speed and feed are set to 1 200 r/min, 25 m/min and 0.1 mm/r respectively during finishing cut. When the milling machine is used for hole drilling, the drilling amount is set to 0.07 mm/r, and the spindle speed is 800 r/min. By comparing and analyzing the two different processing technologies, the optimal processing method is determined, which provides reference for processing the similar structures.
