Abstract:
The adjustable welding roller frame is widely used in the process of welding and assembly of inner and outer ring joints, inner and outer longitudinal joints, surface sandblasting, spraying, etc., which can greatly improve the weld quality, reduce labor intensity, improve work efficiency and increase operation safety. In this paper, the necessity of optimized design for the 120-ton roller frame is discussed, and problems exposed during the use of the original roller frame are summarized and analyzed, such as frame deformation and cracking, cracks in the rubber coating layer, transmission gear breakage, inconvenient maintenance and installation of the bearing seat, high electrical control failure rate and poor backup interchangeability; then, the optimization design for the above problems is conducted in the new 120 tons roller frame. It can provide some reference for the relevant designers and the structural design of this kind of roller frame.
