一种可拆卸发射装置设计

Design of a Detachable Launcher

  • 摘要: 针对火箭弹发射试验场地环境复杂且运输工具无法将发射装置运输至发射点位等问题,结合发射装置可快速拆卸、人工搬运并快速组装的需求,设计一种可拆卸8联装发射装置,该发射装置可以人工调节俯仰角度,可满足不同射击角度的试验需求。该文还对俯仰角调节丝杠的强度进行了计算校核,对发射装置关键受力部件进行了有限元分析。所研究可拆卸发射装置满足了火箭弹抽样发射试验的需求,使发射试验的效率得到了提高。

     

    Abstract: The environment of a rocket sample launching test site is complex, which requires that the launcher can be disassembled quickly, transported manually and assembled quickly. Therefore, a detachable 8-mount launcher is designed. The pitching angle of the launcher can be adjusted manually to meet the test requirements of different shooting angles. The strength of pitch angle adjusting screw is calculated and checked, and the key components of the launcher are analyzed by finite element method. The designed detachable launcher meets the needs of rocket sample launching test, and improves the efficiency of launch test.
