基于ROMAX的汽车变速器效率建模与仿真

Modeling and Simulation of Vehicle Transmission Efficiency based on ROMAX

  • 摘要: 文章通过变速器传动过程的功率损失来对变速器的传动效率进行研究。首先基于变速器功率损失建立了ROMAX仿真模型,然后根据此仿真模型探究了变速器传动效率的影响因素以及扭矩、转速和温度变化对变速器效率影响的规律,这些规律可为后续变速器性能的进一步研究提供依据。

     

    Abstract: Theoretical calculation of the power loss in the transmission process is improved, which has a certain reference effect for other studies of the transmission. The ROMAX simulation model is established based on the transmission power loss, and according to this model, the influencing factors of transmission efficiency is explored, as well as the influence of torque, speed and temperature changes on the transmission efficiency. It provides a basis for further research on the performance of the transmission.
