基于DEFORM-3D的新能源汽车电机定子 冲裁成形有限元分析

Finite Element Analysis of Stator Blanking Forming of New Energy Automobile Motor based on DEFORM-3D

  • 摘要: 电机作为新能源汽车的重要组成部件之一,其能量受到广泛的关注。而定子加工质量直接影响到电机的品质,进而影响到新能源汽车的性能。文章以新能源汽车电机高硅钢材料定子为研究对象,在SolidWorks软件中建立模型,运用DEFORM-3D软件对定子冲裁过程进行仿真模拟,通过改变冲裁间隙和冲裁速度,分析了冲裁过程中定子应力、应变和材料内部流动速率的变化规律。研究表明,随着冲裁间隙增大,最大冲裁力逐渐减小,且断裂成形存在滞后性;随着冲裁速度的增大,毛刺高度有所增加。研究结果为进一步优化定子冲裁工艺提供了依据,对定子生产制造具有一定指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Electric motor is one of the important components of new energy vehicles, and the processing quality of stator directly affects the quality of motor, which in turn affects the performance of new energy vehicles. In this article, taking the high silicon steel material stator of new energy vehicle motors as the research object, a model is established in SolidWorks software, and the DEFORM-3D software is used to simulate the stator punching process. By changing the punching gap and punching speed, the changes in stator stress, strain, and material internal flow rate during the punching process are analyzed. Research has shown that as the punching gap increases, the maximum punching force gradually decreases, and there is a lag in fracture forming. As the punching speed increases, the height of burrs increases. The research results provide a basis for further optimizing the stator punching process and have certain guiding significance for the stator production and manufacturing.
