矿井综采工作面三机配套设计探讨

Research on the Design of Three Machine Supporting Systems for Fully Mechanized Mining Faces in Mines

  • 摘要: 针对山西某矿综采工作面所用三机设备存在故障率高、采煤效率低、安全生产隐患大的问题,通过分析调研及设备配套计算,提出了新的三机设备配套设计方案、经应用测试发现、新设计的三机配套、故障率更低、采煤效率更高、生产安全性更好,实现了矿井的降本增效。该研究可为类似工况下综采工作面三机配套设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problems of high failure rate, low coal mining efficiency and significant safety production hazards in the three machine equipment used in a fully mechanized mining face in a certain mine in Shanxi, and in order to further promote the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the mine, a new supporting design for the three machine equipment in the working face is carried out. Through the analysis, research and equipment matching calculation, a new design scheme for the three machine equipment matching has been proposed. After application testing, the new designed three machine matching has lower failure rate, the coal mining efficiency is higher, the production safety is better, and good economic and safety benefits have been achieved. This study can provide reference for the design of three machines supporting in fully mechanized mining face under the similar working conditions.
