迈步液压支架优化设计数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation Study on Optimization Design of Stepping Hydraulic Support

  • 摘要: 为解决液压支架工况受力大的问题,文章利用数值模拟软件对液压支架顶梁与底座两端中受载、顶梁偏心受载且底座承受扭转载荷、顶梁偏心受载且底座两端受载三种工况下的应力进行分析,给出了应力集中点后,对液压支架进行优化设计,然后对优化后的液压支架受力情况进行分析。分析发现:经过优化后支架的工况受力有了明显的改善,证明该优化方案可行,所研究内容可为矿井液压支架优化设计提供有力参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of high stress on the hydraulic supports in the working conditions, in this article, the numerical simulation software is used to analyze the stress in three working conditions: the top beam and the two ends of the base are under load, the top beam is eccentrically loaded and the base is under torsional load, and the top beam is eccentrically loaded and the two ends of the base are under load. After giving the stress concentration points, the hydraulic support is optimized for design. Then the stress situation of the optimized hydraulic support is analyzed, it is found that the working conditions of the support have significantly improved after optimization, and the optimization plan is feasible. It provides a reference for the optimization design of mine hydraulic support.
