挤压比对快速凝固-热挤压5083铝合金组织与性能的影响

Effects of Extrusion Ratio on the Microstructure and Properties of 5083 Aluminum Alloys Prepared by Rapid Solidification and Hot Extrusion

  • 摘要: 文章主要探讨了挤压比对快速凝固-热挤压铝合金性能的影响。通过实验,采用不同挤压比制备了铝合金棒材,并对其力学性能和组织结构进行了测试和分析。结果表明,在挤压温度为350 ℃时,随着挤压比的增加,铝合金有更加平直的晶界,但是晶粒大小变化不明显;挤压比为25时,抗拉强度为646 MPa;挤压比为16时,抗拉强度为644 MPa。研究结果为实际生产提供了一定的理论指导,为优化甩带热挤压工艺参数提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: This study mainly discusses the effect of extrusion ratio on the microstructure and properties of aluminum alloys produced by rapid solidification and hot extrusion. Through experiments, aluminum alloy bars were prepared with different extrusion ratios, and their mechanical properties and microstructure were tested and analyzed. The results show that at an extrusion temperature of 350 ℃, with the increase of extrusion ratio, the aluminum alloy has a more flat grain boundary, but the grain size changes are not obvious; when the extrusion ratio is 25, the tensile strength is 646 MPa, and when the extrusion ratio is 16, the tensile strength is 644 MPa. The results provide theoretical guidance for the actual production and provide a basis for optimizing the process parameters of hot stripping extrusion.
