Abstract:
In order to improve the performance of electric rope lift, the DEMATEL-ISM method is used to analyze the various factors affecting the performance of the lift, analyze the center degree and cause degree of each factor, and find out that the key cause factors are motor selection, rope-gripping mechanism, structural materials, battery design and climbing type; and the key resultant factors are loading capacity, running distance and deceleration gear selections, maximal speed, and acceleration and deceleration. The deep and fundamental factors affecting the performance of the lift are analyzed, and it is concluded that the deep influencing factors of the system include structural materials, battery design, motor selection, and rope-gripping mechanism; the fundamental influencing factor of the system is the type of climbing. It provides ideas and direction for improving the lift performance.
