一种折叠结构的计算与设计方法

A Method for Calculating and Designing the Collapsible Structures

  • 摘要: 为提高可用空间的利用率,将传统的不可调节式连接结构改为可根据设定轨迹进行折叠的机构,提出一种主要针对可折叠式连杆机构的计算与设计方法。通过UG建模及装配仿真得出各连杆的长度、角度以及所选用连杆的直径,并通过CAD二维结构进行优化设计,最终确定出各零部件之间的尺寸参数,以解决折叠过程中存在的干涉问题,并达到实际工况下的使用要求。该折叠式设计有效解决了空间利用率低、连杆功能不全的问题,为实际连杆装置安装设计提供了良好的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: To improve the utilization rate of available space, the traditional non-adjustable connection structure is replaced by the folding mechanism which can be changed according to the set trajectory, and a calculation and design method for the collapsible connecting rod mechanism is proposed. The length, angle and diameter of each connecting rod are obtained through the UG modeling and assembly simulation, and the dimensional parameters between each component are finally determined through CAD 2D structure optimization design, so as to solve the interference problems existing in the folding process, and meet the requirements of actual working conditions. The folding design effectively solves the problems of low space utilization and incomplete connecting rod function, and provides a good reference value for the actual connecting rod installation design.
