Research and Application of Intelligent Control and Energy Saving Technology for Air Compressors

  • 摘要: 矿用空气压缩机作为煤矿高能耗设备之一,受设备工艺流程缺陷、控制系统精度差、控制效率低下等因素影响常会出现能源浪费严重、供风稳定性较差等问题,从而导致煤矿企业生产成本增加。针对上述问题,对空压机原理及工艺流程进行分析,从工艺流程改进、控制系统优化两方面入手,设计了一种矿用空压机节能改造方案,并采用模糊PID对系统控制策略进行优化,实现风量自适应调节,进而有效提高设备运行效率、实现节能运行。

     

    Abstract: As one of the high energy consuming equipment in coal mines, the mining air compressors are severely wasted due to factors such as equipment process defects, poor control system accuracy, and low control efficiency; additionally, their air supply stability is poor, which increases the production cost of coal mines. In response to the above issues, the principle and process flow of the air compressor are analyzed. Starting from two aspects of process improvement and control system optimization, a type of energy-saving transformation plan for mining air compressors is designed, and the fuzzy PID is used to optimize the system control strategy. It achieves adaptive adjustment of air volume, effectively improves the equipment operation efficiency and reduces the energy consumption.
