Abstract:
As one of the high energy consuming equipment in coal mines, the mining air compressors are severely wasted due to factors such as equipment process defects, poor control system accuracy, and low control efficiency; additionally, their air supply stability is poor, which increases the production cost of coal mines. In response to the above issues, the principle and process flow of the air compressor are analyzed. Starting from two aspects of process improvement and control system optimization, a type of energy-saving transformation plan for mining air compressors is designed, and the fuzzy PID is used to optimize the system control strategy. It achieves adaptive adjustment of air volume, effectively improves the equipment operation efficiency and reduces the energy consumption.
