高速动车组里程表自动校准装置设计

Design and Research of Automatic Adometer Calibration Device for High-Speed EMU

  • 摘要: 动车组是铁路旅客运输的高速运载工具,动车组的运用维修工作作为铁路运输的重要组成部分,其维修质量直接关系到旅客生命财产安全和企业经济效益。目前,配属兰州局公司的各型动车组均出现不同程度车载里程表功能异常现象,这对检修计划的编制产生较大影响。文章重点对动车组车载里程表工作原理进行了分析,并设计了一款采用51单片机的便携式高速动车组里程表自动校准装置,通过试验验证实现了对功能异常里程表的高效校准,保证了动车组检修计划编制的准确性,有效预防了动车组超期失修等问题的发生。

     

    Abstract: The EMU is a high-speed vehicle for railway passenger transport, its operation and maintenance is an important part of railway transport, and its maintenance quality is directly related to the safety of passengers' lives and property and the economic benefits of enterprises. At present, various types of EMUs assigned to Lanzhou Bureau company have different degrees of abnormal odometer function, which has a great impact on the preparation of maintenance plan. This paper focuses on the full understanding of the working principle of the on-board odometer of EMU, and obtains a portable high-speed EMU odometer automatic calibration device with the 51 single chip microcomputer, which realizes the efficient calibration of the abnormal odometer, ensures the accuracy of the maintenance plan of EMU, and effectively prevents the delayed repair of EMU.
