Abstract:
In order to meet the high density storage requirements of forage, a round bale packaging equipment with the functions of baling and encapsulation was designed in this paper. Based on the principle of baling and the analysis of operation process, the design and analysis were carried out from the aspects of transmission method, feeding mode, bale chamber form, wrapping mode and mesh mode, etc. Through the performance test analysis of the whole machine and the application of forage wrap, the results showed that the bale forming rate of the prototype is 98.2%, the reliability of cutting net is 100%, the reliability of cutting film is 98.1%, the bale fall resistance rate is 100%, and the bale density is 748.1~761.4kg/m
3. The whole machine runs stably and reliably, and meets the requirements of forage baling and wrapping.
