  • 摘要: 针对张力架线施工状况及牵引机工作环境展开分析,探讨了一种履带自行式牵引机的设计方案,从转矩与转速的匹配、牵引工况与行走工况的转换协调等方面对传动系统提出设计要求。以一种履带自行式液压牵引机为例,对主要元件进行了参数的匹配计算,完成了牵引机液压系统的设计校核,并通过实验验证了其动力性能符合设计要求。经过实际应用,验证了机构的技术完整性。研发成果对提高现场设备转移效率和降低转移成本具有重要价值。

     

    Abstract: In this article, the construction status of tension stringing and the working environment of the traction machine are analyzed, and the working characteristics of the tracked self-propelled traction machine are explored; then requirements for the transmission system are proposed from aspects of the matching of torque and speed, the conversion and coordination of traction and walking conditions. Taking a tracked self-propelled hydraulic traction machine as an example, the parameter matching calculations on the main components are carried out to complete the design and verification of the hydraulic system of the traction machine. It is verified through experiments that the dynamic performance meets the design requirements. After practical application, the technical integrity of the mechanism has been verified. The research and development achievements have the value of improving the efficiency of on-site equipment transfer and reducing the transfer costs.
