基于Ansys Workbench的转轴参数化全流程仿真

The Whole Process Parametrical Simulation of Rotor Shaft based on Ansys Workbench

  • 摘要: 随着技术的发展,机械零部件的仿真需求逐渐增加,转轴作为一种常见的机械零部件,其参数化全流程仿真十分必要。该文基于Ansys Workbench平台,建立了转轴静力学的参数化全仿真流程。其中,基于SpaceClaim实现了几何建模的参数化、基于Static Structure实现了仿真分析的参数化、基于ACT完成了界面参数化,并用实例验证了其有效性。这一方法还可拓展到模态、动力学等分析中,具有一定的工程价值和意义。

     

    Abstract: The rotor shaft is the commonly used mechanical part, and in recent years it has a large demand of the simulation analysis, thus the whole process statics parametrical simulation of the rotor shaft is built based on the Ansys Workbench in this paper. The structural parametrical model is built based on SpaceClaim platform, and the simulation analysis parametrical model is built based on the Static Structure platform. The parameters interface is finished based on the ACT platform, and its effectiveness is validated with some examples. This method can also be developed to the analysis of modal and structural dynamics, and it has certain engineering value and significance.
