Abstract:
The intelligent gravure printing equipment is a nonlinear system with multiple inputs and multiple outputs; Traditional control strategies cannot adapt to the rapid response and high-precision requirements of intelligent gravure printing equipment for tension control. In this article, taking the intelligent unit type electronic shaftless gravure printing equipment as the research object, the force on the rewinding and unwinding rolls is analyzed, a tension control model is established, and a tension controller is then designed based on this model. The digital PID controll system and fuzzy control PID controller are used to achieve tension control on the rewinding and unwinding rolls of the intelligent unit type gravure printing equipment. Through the MATLAB Simulink simulation experiments, the results show that the adaptive ability of fuzzy PID control is significantly better than that of the ordinary PID control, which has certain significance for improving the quality of printed products.
