精密电液伺服阀主阀孔常规机床加工方法研究

Processing Research of Precision Electro-Hydraulic Servo Valve Hole Machining with Conventional Machine Tool

  • 摘要: 电液伺服阀是液压伺服系统的关键元件,其主阀孔加工质量的好坏是保障电液伺服阀性能稳定的核心因素,而主阀孔零件尺寸精度要求高、内孔表面粗糙度小,加工难度非常大。该文从实际生产需求出发,重点对伺服阀主阀孔的加工工艺进行了大量的研究与测试,设计出了一种使用常规机床加工主阀孔的工艺方法。应用该工艺加工好的主阀孔在多个石油钻采自动化机具上进行实际使用证明,所述工艺方法加工的主阀孔性能稳定可靠,完全满足高精位置控制的液压伺服系统使用需要。

     

    Abstract: The electro-hydraulic servo valve is a key component of the hydraulic servo system, and the machining quality of the main valve hole is the core factor for ensuring the performance of the electro-hydraulic servo valve. Its parts require high dimensional accuracy, small surface roughness of the inner hole, and the machining difficulty is very high. Starting from the actual production needs, the author of this article has conducted extensive research and testing on the processing technology of servo valve main valve holes, and designed a process method for processing the main valve holes through using the conventional machine tools. After practical use on multiple oil drilling and production automation machines, it has been proven that the performance of the main valve holes processed by the process method described in this article is stable and reliable, fully meeting the needs of high-precision position control hydraulic servo systems.
