PLC双闭环智能调节系统在井下通风中的应用

Application of PLC Double-Adjusting System Used in Underground Mine Ventilation

  • 摘要: 井下通风系统因工况复杂而具有非线性变化、延时性长、管理困难的弊端。为保证井下有毒有害气体不超限,并达到通风机降低能耗的目的,该文在分析井下通风系统原理和特征的基础上,引入PLC双闭环智能调控系统,该系统可以根据有毒有害气体浓度有效控制通风机风量的风压,并在稀释有毒有害气体的基础上,达到节能减排的目的。实际检验后发现,PLC双闭环系统通风机响应速度较传统通风机提升明显,可以有效地降低井下有毒有害气体聚集的现象。

     

    Abstract: Underground coal mine ventilation system has a mounts of disadvantages, major factors including nonlinear regular and management difficulties. In order to ensure that the underground toxic and harmful gas does not exceed the limit, and to achieve the purpose of reducing the energy consumption of the ventilator, the PLC double closed-loop adjusting system is introduced based on the analysis of the principle and characteristics of the traditional downhole ventilation system. The wind pressure of the fan air volume can be effectively controlled according to the concentration of toxic and harmful gases; besides diluting the toxic and harmful gases, the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction can also be achieved. According to the actual tests, the response speed of the PLC double closed-loop system ventilator is significantly higher than that of the traditional fan, which can effectively reduce the phenomenon of toxic and harmful gas accumulation in the underground.
